Please note that the submission process has not changed; applications and materials must still be submitted through the School Nutrition Technology System (SNTS).

- 2026 NCM Site Information Sheet
- 2026 NCM Site Eligibility Rural Status (EARS form)
Lastly, submit the completed documents through the School Nutrition Technology System (SNTS), and email Torra Walker (torra.walker@dpi.nc.gov) to notify DPI your documents have been submitted.
